It's just a port from the console version but it runs great with no slowdowns so far, Has little to no PC settings but it hasn't stopped my enjoyment of the game. It seems to be a combined version of the sigma on PS3 and PSVITA version just put together. if you enjoyed the PS3 sigma version than this is just playing that console version on your PC.
