Still controls very well, I just wish we could have an option to turn the camera with the shoulder buttons.
Another 9 courses +3 bonus levels, 2 of which are full maps collect-a-thon style.

Very good and compact Metroidvania.
Cute gameboy artstyle and good use of the monocromatic tones.
Level design is straightfoward most of the time. Check the map and go. You also don`t have to worry about shooting every wall to find secret paths that are necessary to progress or anything like that.
Some enemies are a bit annoying, or stationary and useless, but most combat can be skipped if you feel like it, which you might do sometimes with your weak basic weapon without an autofire upgrade.
The boss and mini-boss fights are fantastic. They are varied, even taking account the enviroment they take place in, a brilliant move I wish more bosses did that in other games.
The story is simple but worth paying attention to.
A very solid 3 to 4 hours experience to complete 100% of the map.
My only actuall negative is some of the design decisions contradict a bit the speedrun achievment, like having to return to the main menu everytime you die because the time counter does not reset, or not having an autoskip for the cutscences. It made me decide not to pursue the full achievment for this game.
But this one is still a must play.

A very condensed experience of the N64 3D Collect-a-Thon Platformers. Or in this case, Collect-a-Little. In each tiny stage you have everything you would have at the time: Wacky characters to talk to and help by collecting a set number of things, diverse activities, and even some scary parts. Lovely. Also, it has some very well hidden secrets and easter eggs, of course.

Full of charm, with it's cute low poly characters and ambients, and very Banjo-Kazooie like music. Controls and camera could be a bit more fleshed out, specially the camera, but it might be emulating our, at times bad, experiences of the time?
A bit unusual is the almost total lack of combat, and the difficulty? There is none. This game is just a breeze.
Anyway, this is a very short game, You can finish it, secrets and extra stages and all in about an hour.
Very good game, we just need more of it. Go make some bigger games too, Siactro! (Maybe they made already? I'm still to play Kiwi 64)

A really bite sized obstacle course 3d platformer. 9 Levels to be precise. Controls are very tight, music is nice and upbeat, not too dificult. All around a very enjoyable half an hour game to go start to finish, but you can get more out of it if you wanna S rank everything.
With this price you don`t even need to wait for a sale.

Very good game to scratch that Metroidvania itch. Heart-tugging story with surprisingly complex characters. Artstyle is hit or miss for me, specially some enemies and character portraits. The backgounds are all fantastic.
Also a surprise, pretty hard game, but not for the controls, which are very well implemented. Can be finished in about 10 hours for one run, but some achievements will require a second fresh run, hence my time of 19 hours.
Just play it this gem.

Short and sweet metroidvania, with a lot of weapons and spells at your disposal, but you'll be mainly using your parry. even on bosses.
Since even the store page compares it to Momodora, lets go:
-Shorter than Momodora even having more items to collect.
-Combat, as said, is mostly parry based, so get your timind right.
-The artstyle is nice, but it seems stiff. In my opinion, Momodora wins with it's gorgeous pixel graphics and fluid motions.
-The story is more flashed out here, with more character and character interactions.
In conclusion: If you wanna buy only one metroidvania with nuns who beat up people, get momodora. But this is a pretty good second choice.

A marvelous short metroidvania, with a refined cave story artstyle. Charming characters and enemies.
Less is more with this title. Only a couple weapons, a fair consumable item with a balance of healing items and damage spells, and varied passive equips. No crafting, etc. Just gameplay. Perfectly pixel crafted gameplay. Also, you can be a cat sometimes.
A must play gem of a game. Can`t wait for the next one from Bombservice.

Pretty good bite sized SNES zelda like. be sure to mark where you got which item, you`ll need it if you`re going for 100% after finishing it.

Lovely game from the late 2000s. A bit janky with it`s controls and camera, terrible menu navigation, and controller config. Thank god steam is here to rescue us with it`s controller reconfig. But past this bumps you`ll find a game full of charm with it`s artstyle, character and story. Full of secrets, and, most importantly, will kick your ass and make you play better.

One of those games you can just come back and play over and over anytime.
