LunixLabs, FastCompany, and FastLabs: The History
LunixLabs
LunixLabs, though originally Alex's pet website, has become much better known for our contributions to social gaming. Initially a live-action social group in Minneapolis-St. Paul, it's sort of morphed into a generic internet group, with a less definite geographic centre. We still have the occasional LAN party in the MSP area. Ask about joining up, if you're friends with an affiliate and/or looking to get in on one of our TF2 teams. Think FastCo. but with piercings and tattoos.

Fast Company
FastCompany is a traditional online community with a definite TF2 focus. If you're looking to get in on a pub server community with lots of competitive players, FastCo. is a good place to check out. They host pubs on the weekly if not more, with Mumble open to everyone who wants to chat. Sort of like LunixLabs' plain-n-tall big sister.

FastLabs Pick-up Games
Through an unprecedented feat of cooperation between Fast Company and LunixLabs to merge our respective, weekly pick-up game events, and conglomerate our communities for more inclusiveness, we've thrown together a group specifically to that end. We do highlander, mostly, with some 4v4 and Arena: Respawn added in for flavour. Whether your interest is in a place to play without the toxicity of TF2Center, or just in a place to socialize with all layers of the competitive community, we've got you covered. Add Borg, Burtilian, or SleightSoda to get involved.

2019 Update
LunixLabs is still around, but has contracted again to its former niche as a live-action (mostly D&D) group in the Twin Cities. We still do LANs though. And while some members remain in contact as one does, both FastCompany and FastLabs are effectively defunct.
