Its ok, bit overpriced for what you get in comparison to the base game.

Nice game, limited replay value, could have been a bit longer (5-8 hours depending on how fast you read).

I knew what I was getting into. Be warned the simulation is a broken mess and the devs show no desire to fix their game, only takes a few years for the statistics to be false. The lose game mechanics are linked to these false statistics so it is only possible to play on using cheats.

Its alright. Artwork and sounds are good. Not much replay value for a turn based strategy because there's very little variation. Its much closer to a puzzle game than strategy.

Update: More content is being added in updates. While a step in the right direction, the open world still doesn't feel alive.

The story and acting seemed good. But after the first few hours you can clearly see where they put the effort into. To generate a good first impressions.
Bought the game knowing it a console port, tbh for this game you don't need more that 30fps because the AI is completely brain dead. Literally takes 5 seconds for them to enter into combat AI mode even if you walk right up into their face. This makes the stealth aspect of the game a joke. You can literally walk around stabbing enemies regardless of line of sight if you haven't fired a non silence gun.
I'd even defend the game and post a good review if the quality of the storytelling, acting and writing were the same as the start of the game. But hey at least I get to search for 1960s playboy centrefolds, not the entire magazine mind you (aside from the occasional interview in one). Not too sure what they were going with that (maybe so they didn't feel the need to put sex scenes in the game).

Similar to hearthstone but with much deeper strategy required and less rng.

This is one of those juggling games. Think the offshore oil rig version of plants vs zombies.

There are a few problems with the interface however. The most basic machine, the ground well has up to 19 speed settings. It requires almost no supervision by the player so if you want to set it to max speed you need to click 19 times. Its simply tedious.

Same goes will selling the oil you produce. First of all the oil price is irrelevant once you move onto your 3rd island as you will be producing so much oil you want to sell it when you get 10 seconds of downtime to prevent reaching your max storage capacity. That and the only thing you can spend money on is upgrading your drilling equipment, the cost of which doesn't even come close to the income you make (even if you happen to sell the oil at a ridiculously low price).
Secondly there is the tedious feature of not have a 'sell all' button for your oil. You could have up to 55 barrels of oil and need to frantically click 55 times (any oil produced while at capacity is thrown away) just... because?

All in all, its a decent game if you're into juggling tasks.
