Pros:
- Great story-telling
- Some of the Side quests are full-games by other studios standards
- Great voice acting
- Graphics...wow
- Gameplay is easy to learn for newcomers
- No need to play Witcher 1 or 2 to enjoy this one
- It is loooong but not boring at all

Cons:
- Geralt is not as graceful as he should be
- Movement is sometimes awkward
- No pop-up notification when a potion/item is ready to be crafted
- .......err, can't think of anything else.....
