This is a good game, i played alot of MMO from Avalon to Wildstar. While This game has MTX (microtransaction) there isnt much to buy to boost your character progression unless you buy in game currency of gold by converting crystals a currency for the store, but this has happened in WoW, BDO, Archage. While you can buy your progression (whaling) it ruins the journey of getting better gear. Yes there are some dungeons or activity where u group up mobs then kill in a 1shot or 2 shot combo but the boss fight for some of the endgame content is very punishing and heavily player responsibility.

The foundation of this game is one of the best i seen for a arpg.
1. The devs talk and do podcast/Q&A allowingly them to communicate with the community constantly.
2. While they dont have multiplayer the story and gameplay was fun and enjoyable throughout (alot better than wolcen)
3. the subclasses with different modifiers to each ability allow some unique gameplay
4.Best Arpg i played since grim dawn and Diablo 2,
I sure some of people played wolcen and this game is basically a more flushed out developed game of wolcen could've been.
5. PoE is the #1 arpg rn and while I played it (since beta when kripp streamed it) the constant new bugs, just to much to learn for a new player, and bad performance on a low-mid pc. I recommend playing this Last Epoch
Last Epoch will be the new arpg foundation in the community which pushes other devs to try compete allowing better gameplay and environment for growth
