Could have been great.

Playing the game it feels like im trying out a game engine, the whole game feels like a test level with nothing special but generic levels with boring monsters and items. I would recommend this game but it just so lacking, think to few people had a say in what choices where made during the development or they just cashed in and threw out this generic pile of dung.

From what I seen I haven't seen any mods worth speaking of so the game must not be all to mod friendly, if it was released as a easy to mod game then I would understand the generic feel of the game, cause a community can do such great things when it comes to modding. But as the game is it just falls short of being something, its like a blank canvas.

I do not recommend this.

Game is great, spent a bit of time on it and I like it a lot. I love the gritty dark art style, the class system is great as well. Love the replay ability. Im trying to find things to complain about but I can only find one thing and its a preference just for me, I think there is too much loot, yes I said it, tooo much! what I mean is I do not mind a game having a large item base I do however not like when there is so much loot dropping, I personally enjoy games where I get good stuff now and then and monsters dont drop loot they should not be able to drop. With all the loot it just makes it feel so over saturated.

At first glance the game looks amazing, the environment and characters look really alien and unique, then I find out the game was made with no funding by just a few people, it amazes me to see such quality from a game made from nothing, wonder what they can do with some funding in thier pockets.

The gerneral artstyle I find is quite unique I think its fresh to see a new take on graphics it doesnt look like every other game out there, it feels a lot more alien, the characters are really interesting, so are the armors and flora of the game. I can see a few bad models here and there but since its alpha and from reading up on what devs are saying its my understanding that things will be updated and built upon so it will look even better with more time.

The combat at first takes some time getting used to, but even though some animations are abit odd the combat feels quite good and fun, and with more updates its going to become better and better, from what they have said is they want us to help them with feedback and ideas so we are pretty much building our own game here, its like my dreams to come true, cant wait to see what more things are comming for this game.

Notice a lot of negativity around it think people arent reading on what this is atm expecting a finished game, some have fair points its not a finished game as far as i understood, but thats the fun part watching a game grow into something awezome and we get a chance to be a part of that is just so cool.

So I would recommend this game, just for the share of giving em funding to keep the server costs up and getting more developers.

So i given em help cus i really want to see this game at its peak, so many games these days not made to be fun, but this has great potential even though its not all great yet it can become so with the communitys help.
