They've obviously had some input from the team that created "House Flipper" since a lot of the interactions and concepts are similar. However, its a very linear game. You go to a station, complete the basic tasks required of you, then you go around picking up all the trash, cleaning, removing broken furnishings then buy new ones - bish-bash-bosh, level done. There's very little personalisation or customisation beyond that point.

Its an early access game, so there's still room for growth. Its a very good way to kill time and its far less intense than House Flipper, where you can spend many MANY hours doing up one house. I've absolutely no idea what the train-set stuff you unlock is for, as when you go into the train set room, you can't do much except turn the set on and stuff. No explanation provided for it either - must not be added yet.

Its not a bad game to pass the time away, but it does get incredibly repetative very quickly and the placing of furnishings is incredibly clunky and makes it very difficult to do anything creative with it. If it were me, I would quite like it if there were pre-set locations for furniture that you simply bought the furnishings you wanted and then it snapped into the correct places, or it was a box you went up to and could specify what you wanted to fill the box with.

Overall, I'd rate it positively with a 5/10. There's no real replayability thus far, but as stated previously, this is early access, there's still plenty more room for development and I really did enjoy it.
