This is not like any other game out there. Honestly, it's not a game, it's a simulator. Whether you want a sandbox for MILSIM, 40k, Halo, whatever, ArmA 3 and more importantly the modding community delivers. Sure, BI has done a lot for ArmA. The 3d editor 3den is perhaps the single greatest accomplishment in PC gaming. But the really great thing about ArmA is what the modding community has contributed. I give ArmA 3 a 7/10 on it's own. The community brings it to a 9/10. (10/10 will happen if we get a core engine upgrade *glares at DayZ*)

Early Access Review
It's a good time killer, like the first game. The best part is that DK2 is actually a different game from the first. New mechanics and vibe, it is not a copy of the first one with different textures. Devs are doing some good work here.

Early Access Review
TL;DR: For those that are looking for a play style similar to any other title, avoid this. For those looking for the original Rainbow Six/Ghost Recon PC gameplay and style, welcome home!

I love this game even, in it's current state of build 10. Early access can show potential success and failure, this seems to be on the winning side of the equation. Oh how I missed the old days of tactical subtlety, lower graphics but superior replayability. Capturing the nostalgia of the original Rainbow Six games is no easy task and I think it's been nailed here. I look forward to the future of this title and hope it avoids the traps of current shooters. With time I believe the team developing this title will have a very well-rounded revitalization of the tactical shooter game. For those that are looking for a play style similar to any other title, avoid this. For those looking for the original Rainbow Six/Ghost Recon PC gameplay and style, welcome home! If you love perks and destructive environments with top-tier graphics, this may not be your thing. If you yearn for the days of yore in Rainbow Six (original title) and possibly up to Rainbow Six 3: RS/AS/IW, then this is the game for you!

If you LOVED RO2 you will not love this title. If you LIKED RO2 you will like this title. If you HATED RO2 or never played it, why are you even looking at RS2??

I have recommended and purchased this game for friends. They enjoy playing it. The murder fest is real, but with players that understand mechanics of the RO gameplay and map design, enjoyment can and will be had.

My favorite thing about this game is the connection between the developers and the consumers. I cannot think of another time I was able to communicate more readily with a game developer than I am with TWI and AMG. Great group of dudes that really take every comment from their customers into consideration.

TL;DR: Way more fun than expected. Worth every penny. If you want to have a good time with buddies in a co-op game, BUY THIS NOW!

I am NOT a big fan of Ubisoft. I spent more money than I would have liked on Rainbow Six Siege and played it only to say I got my money’s worth. While looking into Wildlands I could not help but think “oh great, another AAA title with a simple plot and poorly executed mechanics that puts graphics before gameplay.” I will admit, I was VERY wrong. This game is incredibly fun. While playing solo or in co-op with friends the game is super entertaining. The $60 price tag irked me and after getting in game I thought the game would be a senseless grind like in GTAV multiplayer, but it actually flows very well. Yes, it will take you a while to find 100% of every single thing in the Bolivian recreation. But, if you have certain pieces of kit that you want, go get them. You don’t have to wait to get through some tutorial stage or anything. There’s very little governing your actions in GRW. The game offers a variety of difficulties ranging from “so easy you feel like a God” up to “BOHICA” with its Tier 1 mode. I must say that Ubisoft really hit the mark with GRW. It’s fun, it is re-playable, and it offers variety of playstyles. You want to sneaky beaky your way through? Go for it. You want to pillage and destroy all those you oppose you? Go for it. Absolutely amazing. It has just enough realism and story elements to be immersive and believable, but still has some fun RPG game mechanics. On top of the fantastic gameplay, it runs smooth as a baby’s butt wrapped in silk PJs. Locked, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and ready to rock at 60 FPS while looking like a Norman Rockwell reproduction in ultra-high def. In this later stage of development with patches and such it is also surprisingly stable given the amount of information and details throughout the game environment. I could not be happier with this game, and I must applaud Ubisoft’s work on GRW. Thank you for the good times and many more to come. There’s clearly a good reason this is holding in the top 10 sellers.

PS: The game has some rather hilarious military-styled humor that may offend your more sensitive types. If you’re offended by male genitals… or armed military incursions in the war on drugs, do NOT buy the game.
