Played Fallout games for a long time, and I had gotten this game when it first released, and let me tell you, they've definitely come a long way from what it was initially. Lots of content and decent base building. I'd recommend to play this game with either friends or make friends online. The content can be frustrating as you learn the mechanics at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy going. I've reached level 64 at the time of this review being written, and I gotta say, it's been loads of fun! If you want a coop shooter/exploration RPG, then I recommend it, but I recommend getting it on sale. The Atom shop isn't mandatory, but they do have a lot of quality of life options that I wish were available outside of the Fallout First subscription service.
