There's not a whole lot to know about me. I like computers a lot, and I love playing video games. I'm teaching myself C++ and various other languages, and enjoy learning about any/all aspects of computers that I can. I love playing video games, and would like to one day make a few bucks off an indie game that I created :)
As of June 22nd, 2012, I have my first ever custom built gaming rig :D After many years of waiting and wanting, I can finally join the world of computer gaming. Woohoo!
For those interested, my main OS is Arch Linux, and I have a backup install of Win7 for games that just refuse to run on Linux.

Naval style combat with steampunk airships. Figure out who will be the captain, and assemble your best crew to seige the skies. Communication and teamwork is absolutely vital in this game. If you can't communicate or work as a team, then this game is not for you.
Each ship has a 4 man crew: 1 captain, and 3 subordinates. You can choose from Pilot, Gunner, or Engineer, but all 3 roles can accomplish all the same things, it's just one can do their own job the best. Being able to jump around and multi-role is also crucial to victory.
Very fun game, grab it while it's on sale!
It's Half-Life...but with friends :D What's there to not like? Works very nicely, though it's got a bug or two. Nothing seriously game breaking though.
As long as you own HL2, it's free <3
Ever play a turn-based RTS? I bet you haven't. Frozen Synapse takes a turn on turn-based tactics and puts a clever spin on it...both you and your opponent move at the same time. That's right. You both plan out your moves, ordering your units to perform any and all actions necessary to ensure their survival, and the death of the enemey, and you each submit your turn. Then...the outcome. Both of your set movements play out simultaneously, and you hope you out-thought your opponent.
Turns are 5 secons long, and in that 5 seconds you must predict your enemey's movement, and command your troops accordingly. From telling them which way to run and look, to even ignoring and focusing on certain foes and ducking behind obstacles to avoid sight. On top of that, you can even move your enemey's troops to REALLY simulate and plan!
Multiplayer is very active, and the single player campaign has around 40-something missions to keep you entertained as well. Get this; another great Indie ga
