It's not /great/ and can be tedious at times (slow movement, follow quests); the graphics aren't super amazing & there's glitches all over with collision & animation, BUT I enjoyed the story, the mechanics, and had a fun time playing.

It's fantastic; the story is really good and thought provoking! And it gets spoopy at times.

This was a really weird game.

The in-game lore that you pick up was SO damn wordy (and the font choice was so terrible) that I'm super confused as to what the hell the game was even about. All I can surmise is that this guy falls in love with an ancient goddess and kills his family over it. Kay.....

It was mildly spooky and I did enjoy it, but I couldn't play it without a walk through.

Also, the fact that I had to REGISTER AN ACCOUNT TO PLAY THIS GAME was incredibly upsetting. I almost didn't play because of that.

If you can get it for cheap, why not pick it up. I'm going to go make sure I don't get spam from the stupid devs now....

I snagged this when they were offering Chapter 1 for free and it hooked me so much I ended up buying the season pass. I've just finished Chapter 3 and I cannot wait for more!

The story is lovely and sweet; the writing and voice acting are top knotch, and I love all the choices you get to make! I'm having way more fun with this edition of King's Quest than I ever did with my original copy I used to play in the 90s on my parent's Compaq :P

I was skeptical of this game at first but considering I got it for cheap on the Steam sale, I decided to just dive in. I almost didn't continue playing it after terms like "Speed Sandwhich" popped up, but when I gave it a chance it really hooked me.

It's an adorable little game, with fantastic art. I really enjoyed the vibrant environments, the cheeky characters, and the story was fun and funny! It was a short game, but I enjoyed playing it.

There's no real challenge and it's not really an RPG, but it's a fun casual sort of adventure that you could relax with in an afternoon.

Just get it already!!!

Mr. Barone, you deserve every second of the success you've met with this game. It's FANTASTIC. You've got this gal absolutely 100000000% hooked!

Do yourself a favour and buy this game. Everyone must play this <3 It's a masterpiece.

Really great game! Heart-wrenching, fantastic narrative, and a great art style. The gameplay is basically a side scroller with button events, but they way they do it in certain sequences is phenomenal. I had a blast!

This game was pretty fun, but mostly frustrating. It's the kind of frustrating that makes you want to keep playing it to prove that it's not better than you, and that you can totally do it right the next time.

YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIND A PATCH FOR THIS GAME. And also make sure it's only running on one processor, or it doesn't know what to do with itself. It's virtually unplayable at parts without hunting down a Steam-friendly patch. I had 3 game breaking bugs that required ridiculous work-arounds to finish the g-damn game. But I did, and it was a pretty decent story.

I can't honestly say I really enjoyed actually playing this game for longer than a couple of hours out of the 15 I spent playing it, since it was extremely clunky, unforgiving, and at times completely impossible. But it was still pretty fun, in a sadistic sense.

I really really hate platformer games, but this game looked so breathtakingly beautiful I decided to give it a shot.

I'm so glad I did. I have over like 700 deaths, but it was totally worth it. It's one of the most difficult games I've ever played, but I loved every second. It was so great at telling a story, at delivering really interesting and engaging levels, and fantastic at giving you really trying puzzles! And it really amps up in difficulty and forces you to adapt to your new situation super fast. Kept me on my toes!

Every second of this game is worth it.
