Oxygen Not Included has actually significantly contributed to my working knowledge of a whole lot of subjects - basic logic and automation, gas interactions, and more. It's a wonderfully complex and quirky game that keeps showing more and more depth as you play. If you're just heading into this can of worms, be prepared to do some research. There are quite a few tricks and techniques that the game will not tell you about, but that can make your life a lot easier. Just... everything to do with sour gas, for example. You'll know what I mean.

An excellent game, it really is. I grew up playing Theme Hospital, and this is a faithful spiritual sequel. Fans of original game beware - the mechanics for patient management are different.

I absolutely adore this game. I bought this way back when before the name was changed, and the game has gone through so much development. It's both a low stress game, and a very intense game, in how it plays. The hands-off god simulator is wonderful, the magic is well implemented, and the challenge ramps up quickly - before you know it, slimes will be chewing at your doorsteps.

Of note, this game has really well done UI. Everything I expect to have a tooltip has one. Controls are easy. It really feels like a loved and polished product in this way. My only wish in that field is a lot more hotkeys - I have a hurt finger, so the mouse isn't always easy to use, and the keys would be a nice touch.

It's a very long and slow game, though. A basic goal of the game is to survive one year - 28 game days - in each area. I'd estimate the 28 days take somewhere between 4-6 hours, and there are probably 20-30 areas.

Oh, and when you play this, beware of winter. Stock up on food. And hope the Catjit feel generous.

I have always loved colony management games, and this also applies to Surviving Mars. But the endgame was lackluster, and I adore what Green Planet has done to fix it. It gives a long-term goal that's so very satisfying to work towards. Highly recommend this.

I came across this game on mobile, and thought "This would be so much better on PC!" and here we are, it's on Steam even! I love this game. The F2P content is well handled, as the cash shop items are by no means mandatory. The graphical style is nice, the resource system is very functional, and the city upgrades are great. The item variety is awesome. I can't recommend this enough as an idle game!

I was a bit dubious at first as I have not liked many "paper" style games, and I'm wary of card games. But after watching a let's play series, I was sold. This game is fun, engaging, and refreshingly different. Humour is combined with good characters and a decent plot.

The UI is wonderful. It's extremely user friendly and tells you all the information you need whenever you need it.

It's like Diablo, except without any of the annoying grind.
