Just submitted my "GAME THAT DESERVES A SEQUEL" Steam Award nomination for "Half-Life 2: Episode Two".

Sixty year old gamer here who wants some closure on this story. Played through HL2 series multiple times on PS2 and PS3. Bought it on Steam to be ready to play again before starting the hoped-for sequel.

C'mon, Mr. Newell. Throw us a bone. Please. We deserve it.

tl;dr: I love this game. Buy it.

Just nominated Waves2 for the "Just 5 more minutes" Steam Award. This games has cost me more hours of badly-needed sleep than any other game, in addictive little 5 minute increments.
tight controls
smoothly escalating difficulty
awesome visuals
great soundtrack
intelligent array of weapons/power-ups
well thought-out enemy spawning

I'm as close to 100 years old as I am to 20. My gaming time is limited and precious to me. Waves2 delivers. Always a joy.
Never thought anything could equal the arcade version of Tempest. I was wrong.

My favorite twin-stick (hell, one of my favorite games). Ever.

Just another "none of the supposed fixes do anything to make this game playable in a stable condition" review.
