That's very odd -- I checked my trade history and if I did have a genuine constable then I definitely didn't trade it away. I suspect it's an error in the TF2R site. If you want I can buy one off the market and trade that to you instead. Also, unfortunately the bubble pipe was a self-craft used in the raffle, so another person won that one. Therefore, you'll need to choose a different one (that was not part of the raffle). I apologize for the inconvenience!
