I wouldn't know who to recommend it to in its current state based off of the hardware hurdles & lack of playlists available to new players. Misleadingly, CSGO's reviews & traffic were absorbed into this game.

I can't even really play it, as the game stutters to 30-60fps every 1-2 seconds. Spent hours troubleshooting with no improvements whatsoever. Stutters persist capping to 60fps, enabling v-sync, lowering refresh rate, underclocking all gear. 12700KF (20% cpu util), 2080ti (40% gpu util), 32gb 14cl ram, m.2, ..really at a loss.

Still wanted to give Competitive a proper try, despite the performance issues. Unfortunately wasn't able to, as I sat in queue for 35 minutes with all maps selected.

Casual 10v10 bot matches and Deathmatch (FFA) are the only options for newcomers until an account is deemed "experienced enough" to queue for a competitive match. Once that threshold is reached, Valve pretty blatantly tells you that you're going to have a terrible online experience without paying the $15 for Prime.

Yikes.

Well made and fun with friends. From progression to gameplay, everything feels well considered and polished. Music is fantastic too!

Love the mechanics of moving and shooting in this game. Progression is captivating, and the gameplay challenging & rewarding. I had a lot of fun playing this and would be all over some more content :")

Company has amazing transparency and communication with the community. CONSTANT updates and chatter through the game, steam, and discord.

I've run into a SINGLE cheater, and they were publically made an example of hours later LOL. These guys know what they're doing!!

Attack and defense w/ unique objectives and mechanics - Feels fresh!
Very team focused 3v3
Optimized fps & mechanics (very smooth 144+, no noticable delay / network lag)
Cross platform
Controller support
New player friendly
Great tutorial / training vs AI eases learning experience
Fun for all kinds! Reminds me of how easy it was to get into Overwatch :)

Cons:
Only wish there was an offer to buy a 3 copy bundle so you can get friends invovled more easily at a lower cost! : )
