I think I'm in far enough to say something.

I don't like grinding or farming but I dunno, this game is just fun. There are pay elements, you can just buy everything and you can pay to speed things up but it's not really necessary. These days it never usually is, some people don't like how aggressive the drops can be, I personally have only had issues for a couple of things but usually it's not too bad. RNG is a fickle thing.

I dunno, I think if you plunge hundreds of hours into it well beyond the endgame content before any of the new seasons come out I can see how it can get a little boring and how certain things can start to annoy you, but for what it is (a free game), it's already provided me with way more entertainment than I expected cause I wasn't expecting much at all given some of the reception. I dunno what lead me to try it but I'm glad I did.

The characters are disgustingly fun, the weapons are great, you can tweak things around but it's not overly complicated. Inevitably you'll screw something up, it's part of learning a new game. I don't play these kinds of games but I picked it up for something to do.

PROS:

- It is a video game and I like it.
- The people playing it are fun.

CONS:

- I haven't felt the delicate touch of grass.
- I get disconnected from the server relatively often, please fix that. I don't like it.

A game was fun on release, an early access one at that. I'm in actual disbelief; I haven't sunk this much consecutive time into a game in such a long time I almost forgot what enjoying a game felt like. The whole survival crafting element gave me the ick (no cap), but then it rizzed me with how fluid and not ridiculous it is. I find it bussin.

I didn't buy this on launch so I can't join the chorus on that, I bought it recently.

This game is incredible. I'm nowhere near completing the campaign, it's so satisfying to just drive around and do all the little side-things, particularly once you start leveling up/adding some cyberwear with cool abilities. Night City is amazing, the characters are top-tier, and I've only had literally a couple glitches: once I phased through the ground, another time when I spawned my car it spawned into some scenery and did a bit of a rave. AAA games have been on a blacklist for me for a while now because they're often just boring, empty, and soulless. This game is none of those, it's a new classic.

I think it's safe to say you don't have to be wary about buying this now; GREEN LIGHT GOGOGOGOGO
