For what it's worth I had a similar experience with him a long time ago. He kept hounding me for days because he wanted two games from me (Aquaria and RAGE: Anarchy Edition), even though we had already discussed it and I had made it clear at the time that he just didn't have anything that I was interested in. Yet he persisted and wouldn't leave it alone, kept messaging me day after day. And like you said he also became very rude & disrespectful and seemed to take it personally when I did not show interest in the stuff that he had to offer. I tried to be nice but I just ended up having to block & blacklist him in the end.
