A cheater-ridden mess of a game. It boggles the mind that the biggest, most popular release of 2017 completely lacks any sort of anti-cheat measure to speak of. The real disappointment is that PUBG is pretty fun and intense at its best moments, but all that tension and enjoyment is instantly stripped away when XingLaoDing8888xCN headshots you from two kilometers away with his aimbot, or his friend LingDaoCHINA1 spams 100 grenades at you to win the match.

If PUBG had some game optimisation and effective anti-cheat measures, it could be a classic. However, it doesn't have those, so it's not a classic. Cannot recommend. If for some reason you do pick this up, make sure to check the time in Beijing before you start a session and try to play when either all the Chinese players are asleep or at work or school.

An incomprehensible, laggy mess. Player input means less than ping.
