For those familiar with the Acecombat series for PS2, Acecombat 7 Skies Unknown appears to be a much needed and welcome return to its original form. A complete revert away from the trash that came out with the PS3 and later (looking at you Assault Horizon). If you haven't figured it out, I absolutely love the earlier Acecombat series. For an arcade style flight sim, the storylines tend to be really good, the music is fantastic, and little details like delay in sound over distance add a wonderful depth to the game. Furthermore, it looks stunning on PC and the ability to play with an actual joystick is nice however, ot feels weird not having a PS2 controller in my hand. It's supposed to come out for switch in July.
