Was extremely excited for this. Did not live up to expectations. Not worth the $65 CAD pricetag. Very repetitive gameplay, and environments. The story was uninteresting. Navigating the map is tedious. If they continue on with this series I can see it being very good if they fix some problems. I didn't care enough about any of the characters to not kill them when given the chance.

Biggest gripe: If you want to use subtitles and just read and skip through dialogue it's nearly impossible. Clicking brings you to the dialogue of the next person in line to speak RATHER than the next lines of dialogue that the current person is speaking.

The game is so full of potential that I don't want to scare anyone away from supporting these guys. Buy it when it goes on sale, it does have some fun parts.

Pretty great game. Brings me back to my memories as a wee lass playing Grim Fandango, one of my all time favourites. The only issue I have is that not all choices have meaning, sometimes the same outcome will result based on different choices. Obviously this is due to restrictions in how far the branches can actually go. I was just hoping to keep some of my more favourite characters stay in the game, and the lesser ones disappear at my discretion. Oh and Ben, ♥♥♥♥ that guy!

Don't expect anything too rugged in terms of twitchy gameplay or anything of the sort. If that is what you are looking for, go elsewhere.
