Early Access Review
Probably one of the finest hard core shooter experiences I've had the pleasure of experiencing. Survival mode (the cyber grind) will likely keep me coming back and was something which I wished for from Doom Eternal.

The game, while tough, allows you to play quite freely; whether you prefer to maximise your play speed or bait out attacks for a juicy explosive parry. Just be warned that the bosses aren't pushovers in this game and you'll generally need decent aim or multitasking (handling your dodges while whittling enemy hp down) if you want to beat whatever's available in the Early Access version at the moment.

Bug-wise, I've personally seen none. The movement can take some getting used to (in addition to all the tech which you should learn such as the dash jump and the higher jump height after a ground pound) but everything generally works as intended.

Recommended? Yes. Worth the money? Also yes. I'm having more fun with this than a good deal of AAA shooters like Apex. I wouldn't recommend it if you are seeking a more relaxed experience though.

The perfect speed demon's fix. High skillcap keeps me coming back and lapping. Small but dedicated community on the discord server (accessible via reddit) holding weekly races means that you'll still get to taste the brutal multiplayer, especially since the remaining players are all record setters!

9/10, with the only docked point being for repetition, especially in career. If you're a fan of hotlapping though, be ready to sink a few hours in to learn the quirks of each course and ship.
