The flack this game recieves is sometimes a bit too harsh, but there are definitely some bones of contention to consider. Some issues are unwarranted though, the graphics aren't cartoon-y, and instead of Suppression there is a 'Slow' mechanic, which can be utilised by Devastators and also Temporal Bombs from Eldar Vypers. Defgun Lootas also can 'Slow' enemies.

The only Multiplayer Mode is 'Power Core', which could be loosely compared to a MOBA-style experience, but there's a lot more things to consider than just Top/Mid/Bottom/Jungling, so to make the comparision that 'THIS GAME IS A MOBA' is unfair I feel.

In summary, I would probably wait for this to come down in price, or wait until the inevitable expansion comes out, when the game is more stable, and has a dedicated community associated with it, creating content and sharing gameplay strategies. When that happens, I would highly recommend picking this up, as it can be fun in it's own way.

This game is great, gives you nothing apart from the very, VERY basics and lets you run with it. I have only reached Day 5 so far, but every attempt you have at the game teaches you something new. Very refreshing and beautiful pixel-art to boot. 5/5.

Cannot stop playing this game. So many planets to explore, all of them randomly generated. Nothing is more satisfying than finding a castle full of robots and looting the entire place to enhance your character and make your ship look pimpin'.
