Long story short, I bought this game to play with some friends, since we were all looking to play a new game together. By the time we actually started to play the game, we all found it very complicated to play and really, just way to much of a learning curve to actually care to learn. I spent about 20 mins in the tutorial alone and another total of 30-40 mins just trying to find each other in the first mission.

As someone who has never played a military sim game before I did not like this game at all. Sadly, Steam does not want to honor their refund policy despite me having less than two hours of play time within the game. Taken from Steam's own refund policy with in the ticket:

"Requests are considered on a case by case basis and are not typically issued for purchases of released products that are more than 14 days old, or if the purchased product has more than 2 hours of playtime"

I would have thought since I have never requested for a refund through Steam, that this would not be such an issue. However, after submitting mulitiple requests for a refund for this game and only being denied each time. I have become very distraught at the situation. Based off of this interaction alone, Steam as well as Bohemia Interactive have left a stale taste with me. As it is now, I will most likely not make anymore purchases via Steam or Behemia Interactive.

Would I recommend this game to anyone? No and this is mainly due to the interaction with Steam Support.
