Way too buggy and laggy.

It's not a bad game, and it can be fun. But, it's very repetitive, with only a few mission variants and enemy types.
I don't like the premium battlepass with unique weapons and armour, for a game of this price.

Update:
Theres now 3 premium battlepasses, with essential Boosters such as; Expert Extraction Pilot. Only available to premium buyers. The games costs £40 ffs.

40 series gpu, 13th cpu, yet it runs at 40fps low settings.
Please fix it.

I wanted to like this game, sadly, too many plot holes and obvious story telling.

Complete masterpiece. Excited for DS2.

Too short and too easy...

Besides upgraded graphics, I'm not sure where where the improvements are from The Forest.
The inventory seems like a fun little thing to play with, but ive played for 30 minutes and I'm already sick and tired of panning my damn camera.
As for foraging etc. simple things like wanting to pick a fruit or nut automatically eats the damn thing..... why?

Theres no proper intro either; some overdone helicopter introduction, which I new would only crash, so I skipped that crap, but no talk about the ui elements like temperature, hunger etc. and no I don't favour hand holding tutorial ♥♥♥♥, but thats no excuse for an awful explanation of the basics.
speaking of crashes, the game has quite a few of those too and no, its not my hardware.

I was lucking forward to this title but, I'm gonna refund for now.

Not enough freedom or power through planning, very much a visual novel / on-the-rails experience.
And not a good experience either in my opinion... The story was far too vague, too many plot holes, pretty unimaginative, obvious and boring.

It's better than a lot of MMOs I've tried.
Still doing starter quests; but I heard the later game quests are better.
Combat, skilling and exploration is pretty good though.

Things to note;
Install on an SSD, else it may randomly crash..
If you use HDR, then expect the UI to lag a bit.
