I honestly can't recommend playing this game on the fact that it's not my cup of tea. Playing it feels too different from any Sonic game I've played in the past as the level design lacks any coherent thought. Wrought with plenty of moments where the creators absolutely felt it necessary to place a leap of faith or a spike trap that's out of your sight, backtracking to find the one pathway that leads to the Goal/Robot Factory/Metal Sonic Projections, bogs the game down to a complicated maze that just irks me. Of course the soundtrack is excellent (At least the JP version is, haven't given the US version a listen) but the game just puts me off in a way that makes me not want to return for a second playthrough to actually get the good ending. Sonic CD is a journey through frustruation. Some qualities that are great on their own but just fall flat of itching that classic Sonic feel. Consider Knuckles Chaotix if you want a different spin on the Sonic formula, rather than this.

A well written look into the minds of men who just can't get laid, and one who can't seem to catch a break in the post apocalyptic future that is Olathe, Kansas. Gameplay is inspired by "Barkley, Shut Up and Jam! Gaiden" with input commands. Both Lisa the Painful and Joyful together could run an estimated 10-14 hours if played in one sitting not counting optional side content. Painful and Joyful both play differently with the most drastic change being no recruitable partymembers in the Joyful. However both stand together equally as an interesting story about a man and some dudes who just want some bare skin.

It's a fun game, very simple hack and slash with a stylish aesthetic. Short though, and capped at 30fps without editing an .ini file.I just hope they bring more Suda games to PC.
