Monkey Island 1 and 2 were two of my earliest games. Those and the early broken sword games practically raised me I played them so much, so its nice to get a return for the MI series all these years later.
Everything you would expect from a MI game, from funny writing, to call backs and of course (semi) nonsensical puzzles.
Don't want to spoil anything because the secret will blow your mind, so enjoy my fellow mighty pirates!

Played this when it came out many years ago and loved it. Was always sad it never got the remaster treatment like 1 and 2, but honestly the art style still holds up on this straight up re-release, even if it could have done with a better resolution.

As for the game itself, it still holds up all these years later. The writing, puzzles and voice acting make it a fun afternoons gaming session (if like me you've played it through before and more or less remember all the solutions) If you haven't played it before, it may take a little longer, but you'll have fun fumbling your way around with Guybrush.

Unsure whether I prefer the rhyming sword fighting over the original, but its still an enjoyable and memorable experience throughout.
