Good game for a challenge rather than a game that holds your hands through the story giving you enough items and gear to drip feed healing while taking hit after hit. If you want a game that goes easy on the player look elsewhere. Anyone who gives this game a bad review though take with a grain of salt and look at first how long they played the game for.

This is a game that takes time to adapt to and you don't just jump into and grasp right away. Combat is brutal and punishing but you don't die. worst case scenario you are captured by enemies and have to escape, best case scenario you are saved by a friend npc or a town member nearby. you never really lose anything inventory wise unless you leave behind items after being captured, otherwise you always have your backpack after death and items in pockets if you grab them.

my advice is don't be afraid to look up youtube videos and guides of tips and tricks of the game as it explains enough to get a somewhat grasp of the game but not so much you understand everything going on.

great game and worth the purchase even though a friend bought the game for me and thank you for that.

The whole game I find is entertaining at most of the time but the developer decided to put a crappy rythym gaming section your forced to do to advance the game where the keys dont register at times and it literally traps you there unless you potentially starve to death (not sure if that helps you escape), yet even then you require to go back and unlock the cage even though you escaped. What's worse is the rythym section is ridicualously long and annoyingly difficult (not impossible mind you) but annoyingly difficult. Just a pointer to the developer if your reading this, theres usually more than one way out of a situation! I highly recommend that part being changed!
