probably one of the greatest games ever until take-two shoved their way in and screwed us all over by salting the modding fields, killing the tools available and threatening to sue anyone willing to attempt to mod it again

but they pulled back for the most part as of Q3 2017 so i will change this back to recommended because it's easily one of my most favorite games of all time
