There's a lot to learn for this game, especially the do's & don'ts, but the magic system is great fun in the midst of all the chaos.

Updates look promising & I hope they add more tool tips to make the game easier to read & navigate.

Good Recommendation for anyone looking for a new but varied Strategy Game

Pros and Cons

Pros: I got to become a billionaire, the amount of people I could help break the curse of playing slots to pay rent would tremendously help the economy.

Cons: I got guillotined. My head didn't become a symbol after being guillotined.

Alluris is a Single player, Choose your own adventure game, with a card style format that you use for 2 options that can drastically change as you progress through the game.
At first you'll be thrown into the game completely blind, wondering if one should hold onto treasure if it would benefit you later on your journey (which it's better to sell it when you can), or should I try the archery competition for the fifth time to win a cash prize?
This game has choices, and a good selection of choices, and that's where the fun comes into play, also a lot of dead heroes, heroines and what have you's.
You could fit a map of the land on a single piece of paper, and even then you'd never need it because the world is easy to remember and traverse, even easier with the right equipment.
If you're looking for a light hearted game that you can have your brain wrap around connecting dot to dot quests in a vast world to explore, Alluris is a good pick.

This game is what I've been looking for from Puzzle Games, something that causes confusion, frustration, and then self-loathing for how dumb you must have looked for when you actually figure out the puzzle.

If I had to compare this game closest to any level of skill required, it'd be Myst Series of puzzle games.

Do you know of the Myst series? If you do, and you had enjoyed the games, I'm reccomending this game as it brings about the same level of difficulty of puzzles (With the exception that you do get 'Hints' towards solving the puzzles.)

Kairo gave me chills down to my very core, it preturbed me with its complex puzzles, and I enjoyed every single ounce of it. Best of luck with these puzzles, believe me, you'll need all you can get.

I have played many, and I do mean many strategy, and I do mean a LOT, from the old Age of Mythology type of strategy games, and for Civillizations V, it is very good! It would be somewhat challenging for new players, yet the game mechanics are fairly simple. The objective of the game is to be the best Civillization there is, and that can be done by having a Civillization of Warmongers, Scientists, Culturists, or Diplomats. Each Victory is disverse and fun wether it is with AI or actual people, none the less, each leader for a civillization acts liked the did in said time period, so basicly if you thought the American Civillization was going to be friendly diplomats, ahh, you're sadly wrong. The personalitys of each leader is how they'd act naturally, so if you see Khan, remember that he is a bit of a backstabber.
