Pretty good open world racing game if you can look past the childish "festival stuff".

Amazing game with the worst PC controls in the history of gaming. Playing modded offline just to make it bearable. The controls is on another level of nightmare and makes QWOP seem like a dream.

Lacking in the PvE department.

Update: You can't own a ship in safer seas (PvE), only rent one. Your ship customizations will not be saved.
