Purchased twice. Game won't launch. Haven't been able to even get to a menu or even so much as any sort of intro video. Game crashes at launch. Tried getting support from SoT and they send me the same articles to troubleshoot the problem even after informing them that I have already gone through and attempted all the troubleshooting articles on their site and the ones that were provided the first time I had filed a support ticket.Filed a second ticket, received the same auto response with the same troubleshooting articles. Waited 10 days to hear back from them and when they finally follow up they ask for a dxdiag.txt doc that I had already provided when opening the ticket more than a week earlier.
