Want the first part for the Exotic sniper rifle? Collect the key from upstairs in the first area where you have to access a computer in Tidal basin, then keep an eye out for a room with a keypad on the door on the hovercraft - It's on your left as you enter the room. From there you will get a named gold sniper. Deconstruct that and you'll get the 1st piece of the exotic sniper. Take a look at it in your inventory once you've done that, as I think there are clues to the other par
