This game is a lot of fun. I first played a Civ game on ps3 when someone loaned me the Civ:Revolution game. Civ:Rev was a wonderful introduction, to something much more complex, and I am glad I went forward and picked this up. I was trying to get the most bang for my buck during the winter sale games wise, and got the vanilla version and a few other games on a gift card I had. When I finally got around to it, I had so much fun, I found I made a huge mistake not picking up the entire package of DLC for just a few bucks more. The game is a world different with the DLC, and it was worth paying a little extra.
