I'm gonna give a quick/short opinion on this

Masks: I like the captain one, the others are like every other DLC mask, sitting there

Materials: Haven't used them yet, but not my personal favorite (from the preview)

Heist:
Brooklyn 10-10: Short but fun. This is probably why they included that sniper, to be used with this heist. You basically kill marked guys and snipers while defending yourself. Then you get to the 2nd half where you zipline down with or without 4 assault rifles. You then fight your way to the escape zone, RNG chance of moving 2 cars or not, then escape. Like I said, you might wanna bring a sniper or accurate gun, or have a designated person to do this.

Yacht Heist: Stealth only, and probably one of the best. You can't ECM rush this like Shadow Raid because the servers will not function (to get the hard drive, will explain later), so you'd have to actually try. Basically the story is in thanks of sharon (for us saving his life in Brooklyn 10-10), he gives us info on McKendrick (remember that guy who started captain winters?) that he has illegal money on a boat. Anyways, you find a laptop and type in a password (its in 1 of 4 locations) and it'll say a color tag and where the loot is. If it says white, lower deck fridge, then you go to the lower deck to find a fridge with a marked white sticker. There's always 8 bags of cash, and a few bags of artifacts. To secure loot you throw them out on the ocean (Twitch is sailing around the boat, but wouldn't the bags sink through the water instantly?). Then you go to the laptop and hack it, which takes about 10-15 seconds. After that a door in the lower deck opens, you overheat 4 servers, press 4 buttons, take the hard drive and escape. The music is pure jazz, so that's nice. To those who hate jazz, you can turn off the music and play what ever you want. There are no cameras and if you get to the point of no return, lets say the jazz goes wacky. All in all its a great heist, but short.

Contractor sniper: Meh in armor builds, fantastic in dodge/crit builds, you can get 3 concealment with it (provided you modded it correctly, something like the Bernetti 9, and the +concealment for suppressors)

Achievments: Like other DLC, some easy others annoying af.

Melee: Plain bad, like every other melee, unless you're an overwatch fanboy/girl (why does gender matter)

TL;DR: Heists are short but fun. Masks and materials are meh, contractor is good in crit/dodhe, which can get to 3 concealment, achievments are like every other, some easy others annoying, and the melee is terrible, like every other.

Rating: 8/10, didnt regret buying it but could've had more stuff to it

(NOTE: Rating this as if you were using it on the Overkill difficulty, for higher difficulties they wont be your first choice of weapons except for the throwable)

(SIDE NOTE: I got this when it was 75% off)

The pistol crossbow is good when using explosive arrows because it can counter shields, if you need a secondary like that

The sniper is good except it takes awhile to reload

The SMG is meh, wish it had a bigger clip

The throwable is op; 1 hit for Overkill and lower (except for a few specials), and if it doesn't 1 hit them, the enemy will be stunned (except for Bulldozers and Captain Winters)

If you like ninja themed items then the masks for you, but they'll just be sitting in your inventory

The achievments aren't too hard to get, you can google for the requirements
