If you care about rank and playing serious, don't bother with valve mm, play on faceit. Faceit has a working anticheat and actively bans smurfs.
Other than that, it's just CS, you either love it or hate it.

One of the best modern remakes ever made, in any genre, made of a game that was already one of the best games ever made to begin with. You do the math. It does have a few small issues, mainly with content that's been changed or removed, but they're minor. The Ada DLC is a must, well worth the price, and adds back in a lot of the stuff people complained about being removed.

I found out a little too late that the pixel remasters don't have the QoL updates the console versions got, specifically the xp and gil boosts. Luckily I only bought this one and not the entire bundle. SE has said "they're working on it", but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Changing my review to recommended, there's now an official release date, so it hasn't been abandoned, hopefully the rest of the game is as good as the first few levels, which was all we had for years.

It's good. Very much worth the price.

Played the original alpha concept demo on Newgrounds like 5 years ago. I'm glad the game didn't die in development like so many indy games do. Definitely a contender for multiple indy awards. Worth every penny. I don't know if the devs take the time to read all these, but I would buy this again on the Switch.

I only played during the free weekend, but the game is absolutely incredible. For anyone who's sick of casualized trash like Battlefield and CoD, this is the game you've been looking for. For all the old DoD 1.3 vets that miss the good ol' days, this is the game you've been looking for. My only complaint is some maps have a little bit of a balance issue, but it's not by much and skill and teamwork can make up for it easily. 110% recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants an actual realistic skill based shooter with massive amounts of teamwork and strategy. I know all the old realism units from DoD are loving this. Will definitely be buying when I have the money, I wish I could have when it was 50% off.

A cult classic from before EA destroyed Bioware. Worth every penny.
