Modernized version of "what should have been fallout 3".
Pleasant gfx, sfx and story.
It could have had more tracks and plot branches in late game though.
Does not hold your hand in game mechanics and solution solving that much, which is on most occations a good thing.
One exception would probably be the Exitus puzzle, I figure many people ragequit from this one.
Difficulty is extremly uneven, especially for your first unguided playthrough.
I would rate this half a point below fallout 1+2.
