As of now I would not recommend this game. With the main reason being there are crashes/freezes. I can't play it if i keep losing progress because the game keeps freezing. You can't save often since you can only save at certain locations and even though there's a workaround to save anywhere it doesn't do any good when you fight a boss, goes to cutscene and crashes. I really want to like this game but it gets a thumbs down until they can fix it.

I rarely buy games on launch day but after seeing the glowing reviews on PS4 and there was also a discount running on Green Man Gaming I figured why not? TLDR is that it's a fun game but as a PC port it is SO-SO.

Pros - Fun and varied gameplay, cool art direction, English and Japanese VO, sexy characters
Cons - Full screen 1080p doesn't work for me, XBone controller didn't work first few times then magically worked after restarting the game a few times. Gameplay runs smooth but cutscenes are capped at a lower framerate. Camera can get funky sometimes. Screen tearing even with vsync on. Game is capped at 60 but that's no biggie for me.
WTF - Can't save the game until you get past the prologue. Some gameply settings are unavailable until you start a game. You would think that the prologue would be the part that has any tutorials but those come after you get past the prologue.
