half a roguelite slotmachine like all of them really, half a headscratching puzzle. figure out how to make your energy efficient to blow up the opponent's starship!

Why would you use the only engine that uses a subscription model when all the other popular ones, and of course the less popular ones, let you export to all platforms for free? I guess it's time to change.
Was recommendable back when it was a one-time fee but these weird subscriptions are no good

Finished this game in <5 hours, incredible. That last boss was absolute trash.
The mixing of abilities was cool, but you never got to use their full potential, as you run out of memory way quicker than you run out of slots. Some enemies were almost impossible to beat without certain mixes, but i guess this game is so short it doesn't matter, there are about 8 types of enemies and 3 bosses.
It's a pretty game visually, the music is alright, the voice talent is fine, the writing is... Well it's Bastion, but sci-fi. But that all doesn't matter all that much when the gameplay is just a frustrating mess.

I did enjoy Bastion a long time ago, idk if it would've aged well. This definitely didn't. Skip it.
