This is Half Life 3. In all but official name. Valve pushes gaming forward. Half Life: Alyx, while not doing too much that has never been done before in VR, pulls everything together in the most polished VR shooter to date.

My expectations were high, and this game delivered. It's an all time classic, to be put up there with HL and HL 2.

That moment when a headcrab leaps at you, and you blow it away just before it gets to your face. That is next gen gaming. Kind of feels like all of the work for years on VR has led up to this game. And it's amazing. The hype was real.
