Sad to see this become abandonware at this point. Personally I prefer other UT titles to 3 but the franchise as a whole deserved more. A shame UT 2014 was abandoned for Fortnite.

To those who have resolution issues or save file issues with UT3 there are fixes online.

These games remain at the top for arcade shooters still to this day.

A different level of quality and passion that no other game can match and few will strive to do so.

Truly one of the best games to ever be made.

Launched pretty rough, was clearly unfinished. Really it should've had an Early Access tag for the first year.

Since October 4th 2023: Safe to say the game is much improved and worth your time. With the improvements already made and more content on the way this is an easy recommendation.

Certainly went through a rough patch but is slowly turning around, the latest DLC/Patch takes on a lot of community feedback from DLC pricing to free base game reworks and free legendary lords returning, QoL improvements, more bug fixing and patches between major DLC, improving the state of battles, skill and tech tree improvements. as well as generally being a high quality DLC recently with Thrones of Decay. Much has improved, and the game is as good as it's ever been currently.


One has to question if the resources and manpower saved from dropping projects such as Hyenas had anything to do with this, or whether it was simply because they knew they had to do better after Shadows of Change to have a chance of restoring trust with the community.

Regardless if they keep going in this direction then we have much to look forward to and the game becomes an easy recommend alongside "most" of the DLC, though absolutely wait for sales at this point. The game has drastically improved across most areas (Sieges not included) with CA seeming eager to refine the game further. However all of this relies on CA as well as SEGA to not drift back into the clear greed that we faced last year.

Peak of the series still playing after 15+ years. The shooting mechanics and AI bots in this game are something to behold. The game has aged beautifully and if it were released today as it is this would be a smash hit.

Edit - Really is sad to see the UT series become abandonware after so long - find a copy or key for this game and you won't be disappointed.

Another fantastic Sony game arrives to PC, joining the likes of Days Gone and Horizon Zero Dawn.

A game done right across the board. Download and play, no other strings attached just straight into the game. The port overall is fantastic now that the memory leaks have been fixed.

Only one complaint is the permanent mouse acceleration, makes turning a little jarring at times. Devs however are looking into the issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/GodofWar/comments/s4b0vf/god_of_war_pc_has_permanent_negative_mouse/ (This has now been fixed 06/02/22)

Playable either on MnK or Controller, superb story and gripping combat that outperforms similar games like Fallen Order. A genuine masterpiece that everyone should try even if this style of game isn't your thing.

10/10 now just waiting for Ghosts of Tsushima

Forget the naive media journalists that bash and hate on this game who played the first hour and left it at that.

One of the most engaging and well written story's I have had the pleasure of playing. Well worth the price. Only very minor bugs experienced, 0 crashes and performs miraculously at 1440.

If only Sony gave the green light to a sequel, it absolutely deserved one.
