awesome game good glitches

Would not recommend, why pay 80$ for a game and then continue to spend money on bundles for you not to be able to use them. I get to play a few games before I get shadow banned and that results in me having to wait a week again to play. This has been happening for roughly the last month+.
Tons of other players experience this same issue and we have no way to appeal the decision.
I have likely been shadow banned 10 or more times. Wouldn't they just ban me by now if I'm cheating or at least give me some explanation to possibly why this could be happening.
