As a huge fan of the original series, and someone who was waiting for this reboot/remake to happen, I'm very pleased with my first initial hours of this experiece. It is not an exact remake to perfection of the original layout of each section, but that's not a bad thing at all! They've included the new addition of throwing things at angled shots, so now this game has some form of physics-based challenge at certain points. I may update my review later for this if anything goes horribly wrong. If I don't, then you can just assume that I kept this big THUMBS UP.
