Visited a hospital
Saw how much people were suffering
Felt bad
Try to offer help by donating medicine and bandages
I visit occasionally to check on them to see if conditions improve
They don't
I continue to donate but endless suffering continues
Go back one night and decide to end their suffering
Murder everyone in the building
It hurts but I do it for them

11/10 would play as a pyscopath again.
