KALDERETA RECIPE

Preparation

tapos imix mo sila lahat together with the beef.
lagyan mo na 5tablespoon of toyo
pepper to taste
tapos sweet pickle juice, mag lagay ka na dn ng pickles if you want.
(THEN MARINATE FOR 1-2HOURS. PERO MAS MASARAP IF OVERNIGHT)

Slow fire. Simmer until tender.
then lagay mo na ulit ung patatas.
then lagay mo ung liverspread
next the tomato sauce
simmer pa ulit.
then add cheese cubes if you want.
then patayin na if melted na ung cheese.
