The art style used regularly might seem a little less than what the title card and intro images show, and the story's a very convuluted and a little bit unhealthy romantic story with very few choices that drastically alter the ending [only two choices I'd suppose], and it can be done in under a few hours. Mostly linear, and implies heavily semi paranormal mysteries with disappointing [read: non-metaphysical] solutions, but the exchange between characters and the fact that it just feels like you've naturally stepped into these people's lives makes for an entertaining and intriguing read. The story is set up well and paces nicely too; I can't wait to read/play another story of theirs.

A cute puzzle game, yet it lacks the addicting nature that most matching games tend to. There's barely a semblance of story [though not most puzzle games have such], and it only progresses after you've played about... oh, 40 matches for each stage. Each stage has about 8 levels or so, and each level has 5 rounds to it. Because of this lack of progress being felt, it gets more tedious than other matching puzzle games do. It does have a bit of uniqueness to it, in that the matching gimmick is based off square or rectangular shapes; rather than moving pieces around to make a match nearby, you have to search for four corners in order to make a match. The music, while adding to the cute theme of the game, doesn't really have any memorable traits to it, and the music for when time is running out is kind of annoying more than adding to the rush factor. Transition between rounds is slow, for a matching game that includes a time limit. This adds to the feeling of slow progress, as well as the 40 rounds one must go through in order to see the next piece of the "story" that is meant to tie the game together. Since it's a puzzle game, I won't go on about the little bit of story that I've played through, other than that it's just there for show and doesn't add to the game experience.
There's just something missing from this game that makes it as addicting as other matching games. Perhaps the lack of a falling chain/combo, like other matching games have. Where more traditional matching puzzle games have new pieces fall in from above, this one just has them reappear. And since you have to click on the corners in order to make a match, there's some fun missing in having matches just suddenly cascade into a nice combo that completes the level.

Overall, if you don't care much about puzzle games and you find it on sale or in a Humble Bundle, I'd say go for it. But if you like the addicting nature of matching puzzle games, then I would pass on buying it unless you absolutely run out of other games to play or try.

A cute, linear visual novel. It has no option for choices, and is really short. It would make a good premise for perhaps a future game. The playing time shown is longer than it actually takes to complete the story. It also gives you the option at the beginning to turn off the one sex scene in the game. If this is the premise towards a longer and choice-filled story, then I look forward to seeing what a more complete story would look like. In the meantime, however, it feels like a tiny snippet of a much larger story, and lacking in enough depth or length to feel like the rushed progression was worth it.

Would I recommend it as an interactive visual novel: no
Would I recommend it as a completed story: definitely not
Would I recommend it as a short story to occupy your time with? sure.

A really cute, challenging platformer where you have to control two characters on two different paths at once! The game is short and simple with only ten stages, but it has a lot of items to unlock and a randomized endless mode to help keep you interested! If you want something that's cute but challenging, and you like to dress up goats, then this game is for you!

A very fun, very hilarious parody RPG. It even includes several ways to replay it with additional challenges, as well as a alternate story mode, called Cthulhu's Angels!

This Visual Novel is pretty cool. It's got an intriguing story, doesn't seem very cliche, and offers different routes based on attributes. This isn't a typical Japanese VN with romanceable options, and the overaching routes are similar, and you can't really skip ahead to the next choice. But it does have multiple endings, and different choices, as well as achievements to reflect the different choices.
I think, for its full price, the story, the art, and the work put into it's definitely worth full price, even more so if you get the edition that's bundled with the OST and artbook.

Really frickin' cute game. The jumping/landing controls are a bit slippery/difficult to make, and can become frustrating, as many of the negative reviews will let you know, but it is possible to make it through to the end [as I have]. But if you're needing a cutesy moe animu fix without anything creepy, this is that game. The difficulty only comes from learning controls and the defense/lack thereof between the monsters and your characters.

This game has a really beautiful and unique atmosphere, and does a great job world-building for such a short game. There aren't any opportunities to rebattle monsters [until late in the game], but it does feature three different endings. The plot and writing are great, though I might find the endings a little anticlimatic (as in, what happens to the worlds after the events of the endings occur? There's no way to know). But the designs? Great. And the music is hauntingly beautiful, absolutely my favorite part of the game [and that's a rare thing for me]. Not to mention the battle system, which I think is incredibly unique regarding fusion spells, though I'm sure other, more experienced gamers could name a few.

9/10 would highly recommend for anyone who wants a quick little RPG with surprising and incredible depth to its story.

Beautiful soundtrack, powerful story. If you want to give back to the people who made this free visual novel available, buy the soundtrack.

Pretty cool solitaire with RPG elements. The story isn't the most outstanding fantasy, but it did remind me of reading a Forgotten Realms book, a bit. It doesn't help that the story ends halfway through its overall telling, implying that there's a sequel which remains to be seen, though supposedly the studio is working on a new poker-rpg title for release this year. Whether or not that's a sequel to Overture, I do not know.
