They added bots when wait times for matches are too long. I approve of this practice and it saves the longevity for the game. Thank you for implementing this feature. Now we just need better support for Linux users. I can't get this to work right on my Steam deck without a server issue fault and on mt Linux desktop I can't get this to load to save my life yet but i am sure to figure it out as I have with 96% of my Steam Library. But on my laptop this plays like butter maxed on 1440p no dips or stutters or drops.

Issues before that were present on Linux is still present with Server issues. I feel if this game per say can't connect with a server should auto solo with bots. As of now this game is not playable due to this because when it has a server issue it causes the game to act in sequence to enter a game but then heads back to title which is extremely frustrating. This game is hilarious. Saints Row is not that serious and that is what makes it amazing. When I play I like to just do whatever and wreck s***. Now i had originally purchased this shortly after launch on Epic on sale and the experience isn't the same. For some reason this plays much better through Steam.

Running on Arch Linux with no issues but there is a ( graphic issue with post processing ) this was an issue on my Windows Laptop and Linux. Graphical squares appear with round edges on certain light sources. *Example is in the beginning with the blue flares on the ground the very first on to the right shows this anomaly. I just had to turn post processing on low and it went away. Everything is is maxed out and no issues with FPS. On Linux no issues with FPS dips it is smooth. Loving the silly emotes especially the penguin.

Thank you for bringing this to steam and thank you to Valve for working so hard to make all these games work along with the partnership with the devs to run on Linux.

This plays and reminds me of SR3 but better in all ways. I love this game and when you get these games you must ask yourself what your intentions are. Are you wanting something serious? Something time consuming? Story driven? Who knows best than yourself. Perhaps I am just grateful to be able to experience games in general and thankful for all the work put into them. I would like to express wholeheartedly my gratitude for being able to experience your form of art into a game that we can play and feel and experience this expression.

Works like a charm on Arch Linux. No issues Stable 90-120 FPS Max

( Had to turn off DOF ) that made explosions too blurry if focused on the explosion was not constant.

WOULD BE NICE TO ACTUALLY FINISH A SKIRMISH WITHOUT HAVING A CRASH! 100% of the time this game crashes and it takes the fun out of it.

Let me start to say that this is very interesting to have so many issues with a game when it comes to crashing. I myself have tested this game on my laptop and my desktop. My specs are listed below. Now what is odd is that on my laptop i have it all maxed out with RT enabled and haven't had a crash. my desktop on the other hand I had to force DX11 and set graphics down to High with RT odd at 1440p. FPS on my laptop i have set to 35 for my personal preference and my desktop is set to 60. The resolution on my laptop is set to 1080p.

On my desktop run it had crashed before the adjustments were made and it happened during riding my bike for a few mins. Then to add salt to the wound it would not allow me to boot back up. In fact it made me restart my computer! Then verify files just to get it to start again. To me this is unacceptable, I feel even if i got this game for free i would be upset. I happened to catch this with a charity bundle on Humble Bundle and wanted to give this a try and for the most part when I am able to play it is fun. The more simplistic approach is very enjoyable in comparison to the previous Batman games. Feels basically simplified for combat which I prefer. i felt at times if i didn't keep playing Batman i would forget all the tools and actions etc which actually happened.

A quality of life adjustment is needed when it comes to any notifications why did you bind this to the (A HOLD) button this is not really smart and I cant figure out how to turn it off. The only way I can is to scroll through all notifications! O_O WTF Idc about all that stuff i just want to play the game. This is a issue because that button is tied to climbing and interacting with the environment. Most games the pop up will disappear after a few sec. This one it will not go away until you look at it and that's game breaking to me not to mention the Crash issues.

It appears stable with the adjustments made but still have not figured out how to get rid of notifications -_-

I recommend on sale for sure also I have not tested this Online only Offline.

Runs perfect. No issues, you can change weapons on characters so that is good they're not bound to the one weapon they come with. So far this game is cute fun. Each EDF game has something unique to bring to the table. this is worth it with all DLC was only 80. No regrets.

I got this pass for Lidia Sobieska and totally worth it <3

Okay, I am pissed and frustrated. *BLACKSCREEN* *CRASH ON STARTUP* Can not change to 4k without crash. Cannot run game at all because CRASH ON MENU. Troubleshoot the usual and nothing worked.

No reason why this is not able to work due to my specs. Everything else in my archive runs fine. i have never ran into a CRASH like this. Unplayable!!!

*Update* 01/16/21

Attempted to run game on my Laptop. Works with PS4 controller perfectly.

*FYI* I shouldn't have to resort to using my gaming laptop just to run this when my desktop is perfectly within spec. Something about the 5700XT tripped it off for some reason and it is updated with no issues with any other game that I have.

*Update* 03/22/21

I don't know what update that was applied to this game since my last initial test with all the crashes but they all seem fixed. Also no issues on my desktop and FPS is stable. Thank you for fixing the issues.
