This is perfect for when I'm doing something else, I go back and check on my ducks and see what they've gotten into.

I recommend this game to EVERYONE. It's possibly my favorite game ever, with Fallout 3 a very close second. I love everything about it: the world, the lore, the crazy characters. I even love some of the bugs, as long as they're not game-crashing. Yep, it's buggy. Don't care. It's still my favorite.

Amazing story, and the world is kind of like Blade Runner meets Tolkien, they go have a drink and invite the Matrix to join them, and they run into Harry Dresden on the way.

This is a weird but interesting game. I just now figured out, 8 hours in, that you can move the things that are in your mountain. The blank screens at the beginning are somehow related to how your mountain starts out, and you're supposed to draw in them. I feel a strange empathy for my mountain, especially when it asks things like "What is sadness?"

What can I say about this that hasn't been said? Physics puzzles and offbeat humor, it's like this game was made for me!

This is what Diablo should have been! At least as far as game mechanics are concerned. I'm partial to the steampunk theme, personally. It's a family favorite, actually; I play it, my husband plays it, and our 6 year old son plays it too! I love playing it with either of them, as well. Simple but never boring.

I've played this one a lot, to engage the top level of my brain while I'm trying to figure out something else with the other parts of my brain. It's fun, a little mindless, but not in a bad way.

A short but interesting game. The concept is engaging, and I learned some history as well. Definitely worth the time.

I played DA:O on the PS3 first, so switching to PC was a little awkward to begin with. I found, however, that the tutorial and tips for interacting were both helpful and not intrusive or annoying. I love the game's story, and how flexible it is, and I love that there are choices, and side quests, and... well, there's not a lot about this game that I don't like! For anyone who likes RPGs, deep and interesting storylines, and a bit of a challenge in combat, you can't go wrong with Dragon Age: Origins.

(I would review the DLC, but I haven't gotten to it yet! :) )
