Specs: Intel 11900K / GeForce GTX 3070 8GB / Samsung 860 EVO SSD / Windows 11 / Latest drivers/patches/etc.

I tried recording in OBS while playing. The game played OK enough, but the video that I recorded?

As soon as the credits and intro started rolling, FPS dropped to like a slideshow no joke. Audio was fine, but video was like not even 1 FPS more like ... what is like 5 seconds for a single frame update in frames? 0.25 FPS in my recording??

WTF Capcom? I know you say we should not have other programs open but you do realize that isn't how computers work, there will be other things happening, and what if people play and want to share your game?

I was disgusted and let down so did not try anything major to work around it or to fix it. Instead, I have refunded and will wait until it gets patched/fixed/whatever and try again.

Hope they fix it, big bummer but not letting it get me too down. I'll keep playing Elden Ring and maybe play DD1 all the way through while I wait for DD2 to become playable and so on.

So don't buy it yet, unless you aren't going to record it or unless you have a capture device or something that can offload the CPU this game drains to some dedicated piece of hardware.

Meanwhile I will watch BlueLizardJello play it on his PS5 and live vicariously through his LP until the PC version is fixed.

Highly recommend this series and YouTuber:

Really bad! Refund requested!

Stay away unless you are a 5th grader and just learned how to cuss.

You know what, even then, stay away.

It's like a less fun version of Typer Shark Deluxe by PopCap, but at least this is working on modern hardware.

This game is OK. It does what it says in the description.

Compared to Typer Shark Deluxe, it has some unique and IMO great stuff like numeric keypad mode, arithmetic mode, etc. These are cool ideas and will help get better at numeric keypad.

It's not horribly inferior to TSD but it's definitely a copy-cat, minus all of the fun, music, and juicy effects.

While I had more "fun" playing TSD this game was equally enjoyable and definitely was building my skill more.

Would play again. Just keep in mind these things:

- It does not track your WPM - it just has a slider with "WPM" targets
- There is no story mode, just options that are up to you to configure
- You get what you get, there are limited fish sharks etc, and no tutorials to explain how species differ
- There are only 3 levels per game style
- There is no tracking of your progress in any way, I did not even see a high score table
- There are no achievements
- There are no game options for configuring the game

Developer: At the very least you might want to consider adding tracking and progress, or some kind of history. Also if you have a numeric keypad mode, maybe consider adding a hexadecimal mode (for programmers)?

I wasn't sure what to expect since it was port from N64. The levels are fantastic! The graphics are pretty great, and the extra detail on the lighting is awesome. This game is legitimately fun doom time.

The puzzles are mostly OK and easy enough, but some like that stupid yellow key cage on E1M8 was driving me nuts. I couldn't figure out how to reset the damned cage AND keep the thing down. I don't cheat so somehow it just reset I have no idea how.

I am very glad I took a risk on the N64 version of doom, it's phenomenal!

Darkest Dungeon in Space. It's way less hard so far. Enjoyable and well made. The music is great and the art style is fantastic. It's much less punishing than DD and the card game aspect makes it quite a bit different. I feel that DSD is more aligned with traditional dungeon crawling with light RPG elements and a light story. Recommended.

This is an adorable and addictive game. I love the pixel art style, the minimalism, and the simple grind. The game is fun, not too challenging yet though. I'll update my review when I get more into it, but having fun so far!

I quite like this game. It's casual difficulty, with a little rampy bump for bosses. I haven't played it long, but I know it's a game I will play a lot because it's fun. It's got some nice RPG elements to it and the simple graphics and stuff appeal to me. I got this for $0.99 during the steam winter sale, and it's worth the full asking price of $4.99 IMO. Will be watching this developer for more games in future too.

X-COM meets DOOM meets Rogue

Pretty awesome FPS rogue-like. The music is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome. It really gets you in the mood to destroy the corporation. I really like the theme, the art style, and the flow of the game. It's a little simple though, and some of the levels are a tad predictable. I have not seen much verticality or so on. The game is pretty sweet hybrid of like an x-com FPS and I'll be playing it a lot.

I don't know how much content there is, I've only played for a little while, but the map had about 10 places to go? Each one having between 3 and 4-5 different levels in each so maybe 30 maps? That's pretty good.

Definitely would recommend this to anyone into FPS, and a little lite RPG/XCom squad stuff.
