More games should aspire to have such a clear and concise goal: Kill God as fast as you can.

This port is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It's really a shame because the game and its contents are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great. But if you are interested in actually playing other people? You're ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Game constantly crashes, has random slowdowns, and the netcode is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible. Save your money and don't waste your time on this ♥♥♥♥.

game is good and hard

I was very eager to play this game the first time I bought it. I really wanted to get deep into the existential nature of the game's story, the fast-paced combat, and deep customization options seemed like a lot of fun to dive into and lose countless hours. Unfortunately, depsite the fact that the game is REALLY GOOD, this PC port is borderline unplayable. The constant framerate issues--which I have now learned are not solely an issue I am seeing on my end--completely ruin the experience of this nonstop action and over-the-top gameplay. I have been reccomended a third party mod to fix this framerate issues, but it's ridiculous that you would have to go to such lengths to just enjoy the game you've purchased. Despite the actual quality content of the game, I would strongly reccomend against purchasing this port.

I have no idea why this is so fun, but get some friends and try it for yourself.

My day job involves a lot of Javascript, but I still enjoy digging into this game and figuring things out. The only minor thing is that ES6 isn't fully supported (from what I can tell, at least), which makes it slightly tricky to figure out what I can get away with. Overall, fun game, good learning experience if you're newer to Javascript, and a nice challenge if you're already proficient with it.

It's great that you can FINALLY purchase this game (PC version has been out for a while, but it was near impossible to obtain legally), it's just unfortunate that a 3rd party netplay caster for the pirated version works way better than the actual netcode in this. Buy the game for offline play for this fantastic game--and to support the devs!--but I can't really reccomend it for much else.

Netplay is about as ♥♥♥♥♥♥ as the PS3 port of this game. Still solid overall, but a real bummer that it's basically unplayable if you take it online.

Important to note, after testing a PS3 TE Round 2, and PS3 Hori HRAP v3, Ps3 sticks do not seem to work very well with this port. It does not allow you to use the "D-Pad" setting, but the left stick switch seems to work. It's not nearly as accurate an input as the D-Pad, so be wary if you only have a PS3 arcade stick to use.

This game is terrible. Absolutely terrible.
